1. What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of virtual assistant services including:

2. How do I get started with All Things Virtual Services?

To get started, simply fill out our initial consultation form along with scheduling our first initial FREE call. We’ll review your submission and discuss your needs and how we can help.

3. I want to purchase hours for a certain project, and nothing else..

The services on our website are just an example of what an assistant can handle with the allocated hours. If you require ex. website design only for 30 hours a month, then we can discuss this in our initial call. Services are tailored to your needs.

4. How are your services priced?

Our pricing is based on hourly packages charged on a monthly basis:

  • 10 hours: $370 usd
  • 20 hours: $720 usd
  • 30 hours: $1050 usd
  • 40 hours: $1360 usd

Additional last-minute hours are billed at $40 per hour upon approval, or services stop once all hours are used. All hours purchased are non-refundable but can roll over to the next month.

5. How do I pay for the services?

Clients are required to pay for their chosen package upfront before any work begins. You will receive a monthly invoice from the date of purchase for continued services.

5a. How do Retainer Packages work?

Retainer packages secure your set hours each month, reserved exclusively for your business needs.

Unused hours? No problem! Up to 5 hours can roll over into the following month. These hours must be used within that month.


The monthly fee guarantees my availability for your projects, even during lighter workloads.

5b. What happens if my needs change?

If your workload shifts, we can reassess your package to ensure it fits your needs while maintaining the quality of service you expect.

7. How do you track the hours worked?

We use reliable time-tracking software to log hours worked on your tasks. You may ask for detailed reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

8. What is your policy on additional hours?

If additional hours are needed beyond your purchased package, we will communicate with you beforehand. Additional hours are billed at $40 per hour, with your pre-approval.


You may also upgrade to a higher hourly package which will generate a new invoice each month for the chosen package.

9. What are your business hours?

Our virtual assistants are generally available to provide services during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST, excluding national holidays. We will notify you in advance of any planned vacation time.

10. Do you provide tax-related services?

No, we do not provide any tax services or legally related services. Our focus is on providing virtual assistant support for your business operations.

11. Can I cancel my services?

You can choose to discontinue our services at any time. However, please note that there are no refunds for hours purchased.

12. How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

Effective communication is key. We recommend using email, chats, or project management tools for regular updates and instructions.
